Steps to open a Paysera account
1. The manager of the future company must register with Peysera as an individual.

2. After confirming the profile, send us an email to support@paysera.bg with a request for opening a collection account. We in turn will ask him to attach documents from his verified email in our system.
The fee is EUR 10 for Bulgarian citizens and/or companies when the manager and/or partners in the company are Bulgarian citizens and EUR 50 for EU citizens and EUR 100 for non-EU citizens. After the approval, it is important to clarify that the capital is brought in through a Bulgarian bank with a transfer.

Attached is the Agreement - contract for a collection account. The customer must fill in the marked fields on the first and last page with company and representative details and send it to us in electronic format. In addition to the Agreement, it is necessary to confirm the desire to open a current account after the company has been registered in the Commercial Register.
It is necessary to send us the founding act or partnership agreement of the company, as well as a protocol-decision on the establishment of the company. The documents must state the initial capital and how it is distributed among the partners, if there is more than one. Also indicate how the company will be represented - details of manager/managers, if there are more than one and how they will represent the company - together and/or separately.
In addition, in order to ensure clarity of the business and the nature of the operations to be carried out by the future company, please send us the following information:
1) a detailed description of the activities of the future company (apply licenses, permits, if any);
2) specify your main future suppliers and customers with whom you will make payments in the system - name, country of registration, activity, website;
3) clarify whether the company carries out activities related to blockchain technologies and/or cryptocurrencies, as well as whether operations will be carried out with other companies/individuals related to blockchain technologies and/or cryptocurrencies;
4) website and/or link to e-commerce platforms on which the goods/services will be offered, if any, and attach documents (invoices/contracts) that prove ownership of the domain;
5) explanation of the objectives (grounds) of operations that will be carried out and the countries from/to which funds will be received/ordered on the company's account;
6) indicate who are the owners (other companies and/or individuals) and the actual owners of the company (the ultimate individuals who own 25% or more of the capital or exercise control over the company's activities).
LIST OF ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH AN ACCOUNT IS NOT OPENED
1) financial services (including brokerage, exchange of virtual assets, loans in virtual assets, investments (Forex, CDF), money transfers, issuance of electronic money);
2) trading and management of luxury goods - so-called "high-value goods" - diamond jewelry, luxury brand watches, diamonds, sapphires or other precious stones, paintings and sculptures (you must be registered with an auctioneer), other artistic or cultural artifacts, numismatists (collectible coins). Fashion jewelry (gold/silver) is not a luxury item. Designer bags and clothes like Gucci and Hermes bags, which we know cost $10,000 or more, are also luxury goods;
3) charitable and (or) supporting organizations that carry out international activity and which are not under the supervision of the competent authorities or are not recognized at the international level (we cannot include any charitable organizations except those well known and internationally approved);
4) arms trade and/or mediation and/or arms production;
5) antiques, works of art, numismatic assets and/or production of ferrous, non-ferrous and precious (rare) metals and articles thereof, processing of explosives and nuclear fuels;
6) legal services, notarial activities, incl. legal services for incorporation of companies provided by accounting firms;
7) sale of vehicles (all types of vehicles). Rentals, transportation services, logistics services are NOT prohibited!
8/ real estate (trade and leasing);
9) audit (independent financial audit is prohibited, but preparation of annual financial statements is OK);
10) organizing and conducting auctions;
11) organization of tourism or travel;
12) wholesale trade in alcoholic beverages and alcoholic products, tobacco products;
13) trade in petroleum products;
14) pharmaceutical activities.
